My journey in the UK began at 16, an experience that shaped my global perspective. It led me to the University of Cambridge and later, to a career in Barclays and Citi. As a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), I spent 12 years analysing businesses, managing international projects, and navigating the intricate regulatory landscapes of the UK and EU. I learned what makes a company not just profitable, but resilient, trustworthy, and built for the long term.

Yet, my roots have always been in manufacturing with my Chinese connection. The manufacturing based in Ningbo has grown into a respected partner in automotive parts both in and outside the Chinese mainland after 30 years of diligence. I witnessed this transformation with great pride, achieved through unwavering dedication to quality.

Now, I want to combine these two worlds. I have transitioned from International banking to lead our family business's global expansion. This was a strategic decision, driven by a clear opportunity in the automotive industry, which is undergoing significant changes with the rise of Electric Vehicles (EVs) , Technology Development and new environmental regulations. My role is to bridge our products with the precise needs of the UK and International markets.
